NMLF Annual Meeting – 12 September 2018

You are invited to our 2018 Annual Meeting, which is being held on Wednesday 12th September.  Proceedings will start at 19:00. The Meeting will be held on the ground floor of the Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library, and all are welcome.  which we will summarise what was achieved last year and discuss how we and the Library Music Sets Service aim to preserve and enhance the service next year and thereafter.

You’ll be able to enjoy refreshments while listening to classical performances by talented young musicians from Norfolk schools. It’ll also be an opportunity to network with other music organisations, the committee of the NMLF and key staff from the Library Music Sets Service.

The formal agenda will start at 19:30, during which we will summarise what was achieved last year and discuss how we and the Library Music Sets Service aim to preserve and enhance the service next year and thereafter. Our aim is to be fairly brief, but to allow for reasonable discussion and engagement – a very important part of the evening!

If you plan on attending, please register your interest at  norwichmillinniumlibrary.eventbrite.com  Alternatively you can call 01603 774703. It will be helpful (thought not essential) to have a rough idea of numbers to help us with organisation and  catering.

Do please tell anyone who is involved in music making in Norfolk about the meeting  – the more support we have, the better for the future of music making in Norfolk! Alternatively, we attach an A5 flyer and an A4 poster about the event, which you might like to use to publicise the meeting. Click on the links to download in pdf format.
